My approach combines structure, honesty, and real support. I'll give you a clear path when you need direction, walk beside you when things get hard, and push back when you're selling yourself short.

I'm also the founder of a men's group in Powell River, BC, under the Arka Brotherhood — a community built around men showing up for themselves and each other.

Recovery coaching is not counselling or clinical treatment. I work alongside your existing supports to help you move forward in your daily life.

I know what it's like to sit across from someone who's trying to help and feel like they don't quite get it.

I'm a recovery coach with lived experience in addiction. I work specifically with men — because I know how hard it is for us to ask for help, and I know what it takes to actually follow through.

Accredited Recovery Coach of Canada (ARCC) — Recovery Coaches Canada

The ARCC designation is a national credential that recognizes trained recovery coaches who meet a standard of skills, lived experience, and ethical practice. It was built by recovery coaches, for recovery coaches — and it exists because the people who show up for others in recovery deserve to be held to a real standard.

It means when you work with me, you're working with someone who has been vetted, trained, and committed to doing this work with integrity.
